The Naviance system is the primary tool used by the Guidance Department to communicate with students and families, and for students to navigate their college searches. Students start using Naviance their freshman year. There is a direct link to login to Naviance at the top of every page on the RBC website.
Students perform the following important college search and application tasks via Naviance:
Keep track of their academic records and GPA.
Search for colleges based upon criteria such as size, location, majors, extracurriculars and selectivity.
Explore college application and acceptance statistics for RBC students beginning with the class of 2014.
Generate lists of “reach,” “match” and “safe” schools based upon student’s individual academic and testing records
Access Guidance Department power point presentations and useful information which are discussed at the parent Guidance meetings.
