Head Coach - Frank Lawrence
Coach Lawrence played soccer at Marquette University where he earned a BA in Economics. He started the woman's soccer program at Brookdale Community College in 1997, leading it to a regional championship and elite eight in the national tournament the following year. In 14 years the team won 8 conference, 3 regional championships and was National runner-up in 2006.
He was a coach and evaluator for the NJ State ODP program, President of the NJCAA coaches association, and national chair for two NSCAA committees.
In his first year at the helm at RBC the Casey's won the Shore Conference Championship and finished with a record of 17-2-3.

Coach Black is in his first year as freshment girls soccer coach at RBC after the being the boys soccer head coach for 10 seasons. He has also coached the boys and girls soccer teams at St. Elizabeth High School in Delaware. He is currently the Mercer FC Academy trainer for U13 and WWPSA staff coach U13 and U15.
Coach Black played at Notre Dame High School in New Jersey and was named All-State while playing on a state championship team. He was also a four year starter at Wesley College and his teams made 2 NCAA tournament appearences. He currently teaches Phyical Education at Red Bank Catholic.

Coach Casner is entering her 5th year coaching girls soccer at Red Bank Catholic. Cara is a 2006 RBC Graduate ans soccer alum. During her four year soccer career at RBC, The Caseys won two divisional titles, three sectional titles and a group state championship.
Coach Casner graduated Fordham University with a double major in Math and Spanish and the earned her masters degree in education from Monmouth University. She is currently a Math teacher at Brick Memorial High School.

Coach Esposito is starting her 3rd year as the JV Girls Soccer Coach. She was also the Assistant Varsity Coach at Mater Dei Prep for two years. She attended Holmdel High School where she was a four year varsity starter.
Coach Esposito continued her college career at Kean University. She was a four year starter and made 1st Team All Conference for two years. While at Kean, she majored in Mathematical Sciences and Education. She is now entering her 3rd year as a Math teacher at RBC.
