Red Bank Catholic High School (RBC) is a private, Catholic college preparatory high school (9-12), located in Red Bank New Jersey. The school has over a 100 year history of educating men and women in Monmouth, Ocean and Middlesex Counties. Currently the school has over 700 students enrolled.
The RBC Director of Admissions is a 12-month position and part of the school leadership team reporting to the Director of Institutional Advancement and Director of Advancement. The Director of Admissions is responsible for managing the team’s strategy (two full time staff: Associate Director of Admissions and Admissions Assistant) to execute a year-round admission process, from inquiry to matriculation, in order to achieve RBC’s annual enrollment goals. The position will partner with the school President, Principal, Tuition Officer and faculty to ensure success.
Primary Job Functions Include:
● Lead the vision, strategy and process to attract, enroll, and retain a strong, diverse, student body for RBC.
● Evaluate applications and make admissions decisions annually, while partnering with the Principal and Director of Guidance, for 400+ incoming freshman and 80+ transfer applications.
● Plan and oversee the implementation of annual Admissions events including, but not limited to: Open House for over 350 families, Spotlight Nights (information sessions), placement tests, scheduling nights, and other engagement events.
● Oversee the implementation of the 100 student Ambassadors yearly who represent RBC at events.
● Oversee the New Student Orientation programs for freshman and transfer students.
● Manage annual Financial Aid and Scholarship process for new and returning families with the Tuition Office and Financial Aid Committee.
● Organize tours, presentations and experiences to educate prospective families. This includes school visits, community engagement opportunities and the Shadow a Casey program.
● Manage the daily operations of the Admission Office, including staff management, budget, database, and correspondence. Serve as the main point of contact for the PowerSchool Enrollment system and Grant & Aid portion of the FACTS system.
● Conduct Admissions interviews for transfer applicants and as needed for freshman applicants.
● Counsel families who are considering withdrawing their student from Red Bank Catholic.
● Work collaboratively with the Advancement team to develop marketing materials and communications.

The Advancement Coordinator will support the mission and growth of the Red Bank Catholic Advancement Office.
Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Advancement Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of administrative operations including managing the advancement office constituent relationship management database (Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge ), implementing, coordinating, and monitoring annual fund projects, and interacting with internal and external constituents.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Director of Advancement on a robust Annual Fund campaign reaching alumni, parents, students and friends of the institution. Activities will include implementing communication strategies (email, hard mail and social media), managing the Annual Fund calendar and scheduling of appeals to align with donor cultivation goals.
Managing and optimizing data in Raiser’s Edge (CRM) including prospect research notes, biographical updates, data cleanup, actions, and donor inquiries.
Copywriting and editing acknowledgement letters and conducting other administrative functions to recognize and cultivate donors.
Serving as a liaison as needed on special projects and/or donor-centered events, including Senior Class Gift and Giving Tuesday involving students, volunteers, donors, and other constituents.
Supporting the Director of Advancement in alumni committee development and events.
Supporting the Advancement Communication plan as directed.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Advancement
Qualifications
Understanding of fundraising best practices
Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge experience (preferred)
Bachelor's degree required

Red Bank Catholic High School is seeking a long-term full-time substitute English teacher for the period of March through June 2023.
Qualified candidates will be highly organized, flexible, and able to collaborate with others. They should possess a passion for English and strong content knowledge of a variety of literature and literary genres. In addition to implementing effective classroom management strategies, candidates must be able to engage students with innovative lesson plans and develop students’ writing, vocabulary, and reading skills.
The successful candidate will teach 9th and 10th grade students. All applicants should possess high school teaching experience and NJ teaching certification. Master’s degree preferred.
