The National Honor Society Recognizes Its Newest Members

Saint James Church was the backdrop for a longtime RBC tradition that was held this past Wednesday night. Forty-nine juniors and seniors became the newest members of the National Honor Society and were recognized at the induction ceremony. Highlights of the night included the candle lighting ceremony, presentation of insignia, and the recognition of influential and impactful teachers by students who presented those teachers with personal letters. There was also a blessing of the pins by Reverend Monsignor Lowery. Finally, the new executive board was sworn in. Congratulations to President Sarah Coleman, Vice President Mary Redmond, Secretary Grace Wilson, Treasurer Paige Theobald and Service Chairperson Kathleen Esposito. After the ceremony, a reception was held in Tradition Hall in the Eck Center. NHS Moderators Michael Ientile and Jeannine Guarillio want to thank everyone involved for making this night so special for students and parents.  RBC is proud to recognize the dedication and hard work of its newest members of the National Honor Society.
