Academic Development Program

To further the Red Bank Catholic mission to fully engage each individual student, the Guidance Department offers our Academic Development Program for students who have specialized learning needs.   We provide a Learning Consultant to the students in the Academic Development Program to serve as their school counselor and to implement their service plans.

The Learning Consultant works closely with students and their parents to provide academic support and guidance. The consultant facilitates the planning of appropriate courses and curriculum over the students' four years at Red Bank Catholic to prepare them for post high school education. Graduates of this program have gone on to successful experiences at many colleges and universities throughout the country.

For more information, contact the Coordinator of the Guidance Office at (732) 747-1774, prompt 4.

This program helps students with service plans to recognize their individual learning potential and learning style.  It teaches these students to use the resources available at RBC to reach their academic goals and to become self-advocates.
