Professional Guidance Counselors
At the beginning of sophomore year, students are assigned alphabetically to their individual professional Guidance Counselor who will guide and assist them through their remaining three years at RBC. They will track each student to ensure they are reaching the goals outlined for each academic year. The Guidance Department encourages students to seek out their counselor’s advice and direction whenever needed, whether it is for academic or personal reasons.

The sophomore year PSAT is administered in school as an opportunity to become familiar with taking the SAT. Students do not need to register. In their junior year, students will take the PSAT again. The results of the junior year PSAT determine National Merit Finalists and Semi-finalists. For more information about the PSAT and SAT tests go to the College Board website: www.collegeboard.com
