RBC welcomes Coach Troy Madison as he begins his first season as Head Coach of the Casey Girls Lacrosse program. This season will be his15th overall coaching high school girls lacrosse. Prior to coming to Red Bank Catholic, Coach Madison was an assistant coach at Shore Regional for three years, where he was part of a coaching staff that won three Division Titles and three Shore Conference Championships.
He then moved on to Colts Neck High School, where he coached for six seasons, five of them as the Varsity Head Coach, where he compiled a 72-31 record and was named Asbury Park Press Coach of the Year in 2011. During his tenure there, his teams were very competitive in the A North Division. He guided them to their first Girls Lacrosse Division Title in school history in 2011, with a record of 19-3.
His most recent coaching stint was at Manchester Township High School, where he led the Hawks for the past five seasons and he was able to record his 100th career varsity win. While there, his team won their first B South Division Title in 2016 and finished the season with a school best 12-7 record.
Coach Madison is a certified teacher in Health, Physical Education, and Driver Education at Manchester Township High School, where he has been employed for the last six years. He has a Masters Degree in Sports Administration from American Public University and another one in Educational Leadership from Lamar University. He lives in Oceanport with his wife Tara (an RBC alumna,) and their three daughters, Haleigh, Emma, and Camryn.
